HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
There is no such thing as "too early" when you are ordering. Orders can be placed as far in advance as you'd like. Usually, we kindly request at least one-two days notice for all floral arrangements. However, if you have an urgent need, please don't hesitate to contact us

CAN I CREATE A COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED BOUQUET?
Our completely custom products are essentially created from scratch and begin at $0, with the price increasing as you add more items. Due to the large variety of items that we carry, it is impossible for us to list them all underneath the "custom" options, but once you indicate the type of product you're interested in (such as letters, flowers, sweets), you can build your product based on both your preferences and which items would look best. Please, describe all your desired ideas to us during checkout or contact us via phone or Instagram, we would be happy to help to fulfill your ideas.
IS THE BOUQUETS WILL LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES?
As we are working with flowers and they may differ each week based on seasonality and availability. We try our best to match what you see on the site but sometimes we will have to substitute colors or varieties. Please be sure we'll definitely make something similar.
What time can I pick up my order?
We’ll do our best to accommodate the best time for you. Please contact us, and we will freshly prepare your chocolate-dipped fruit gift according to your requested collection time.
What time will my gift arrive?
For your convenience, our deliveries are scheduled to arrive at business addresses by 5:00 PM and residential addresses by 7:00 PM, seven days a week. While we do our best to meet these delivery timeframes, please note that we cannot provide an exact delivery time for our standard courier services. If you require a guaranteed morning or evening delivery time slot, feel free to contact us to inquire about our special delivery options, which may offer more precise scheduling for an additional fee.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to make modifications to your order, such as a delivery date or address change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order's status and any applicable policies. What payment methods do you accept for orders? We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, afterpay, apple pay, PayPal, and online payment platforms. During the checkout process on our website, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred payment method.
I can’t place an order through the website. What should I do?
If you are experiencing difficulties with our website, please consider checking your internet connection, using the Google Chrome browser, and ensuring that all required fields are correctly filled in during the ordering process. If issues persist, kindly reach us out and provide as much details as possible. We are here to help resolve any issues you may encounter.
HOW LONG WILL THE CHOCOLATE-DIPPED STRAWBERRIES LAST?
Our fruit arrangements are sold at the peak of freshness. We recommend that you enjoy your Edible Arrangement right away. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original wrapping, and refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Once it has been removed from the original wrapping, you should remove the berries from the skewers, store them in an airtight container, and refrigerate.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we deliver. For orders over $199 delivery - FREE. Just leave us a date, time bracket, and delivery instructions. The recipient's name and contact number is highly desirable so that we can call them in case nobody is home. We will not spoil a surprise and only tell them we have a delivery for them.
HOW WILL YOU PACK THE GIFTS?
All our bouquets will be wrapped in a transparent wrapping cello so the strawberries and flowers won't be damaged and touched and also packed. All our gift boxes are decorated with beautiful ribbons and our branded stickers.
Do you have greeting cards?
Sure! Please leave us a short text and we would be happy to send our FREE card with write message.
REFUND POLICY
If you request a refund or cancel your order before 24 hours, please be aware that a fee of 2% will be applied for card payments, and 7% for transactions made through Afterpay. Kindly note that we are unable to process refunds or cancellations for orders placed on the same day or once they are in transit. However, if we initiate the return or cancel the order due to our error, rest assured, no cancellation fee will be incurred.

For edible items, refunds are accepted within 24 hours from the delivery or pickup date due to the nature of the product.
Regarding flowers, we honor refunds within 5 days. While each flower differs in delicacy, we expect a minimum lifespan of 3 days. If your flowers last less than 3 days or if you're unsatisfied with your order, please promptly inform us for resolution. Additionally, for any concerns about our add-ons, kindly notify us within 24 hours so that we can discuss a refund or arrange an alternative delivery to address your dissatisfaction.
