Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes, we deliver 7 days a week.
What happens if the recipient isn't there when you deliver?
We highly recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone
will be there to accept the delivery.
If nobody’s there, we’ll leave your order in the safe place (sensible discretion will be used). We may attempt to ask you or the recipient (if you have left us instructions to do so) to get further instructions. If that’s impossible the order will come back to us or to the new direction and the re-delivery/ re-direction fee will be charged. Please, make sure that the chocolate dipped fruits, or any fresh fruits arrangements may last up to 1 day.
You can Pay an Extra $9.99 at the Checkout Page if you need Guaranteed Morning (From 8 - 1 pm) or Guaranteed Evening delivery (From 4-7 pm)
Please, Note, We will not be responsible for melted chocolate after it has been left.
How can i help you with the safely and smoothly delivery
Please, provide us with the correct delivery address, business name, working time, specify the safe place where should we leave the order if nobody’s there, ensure that the recipient is home (work, hospital ets) to receive the delivery. The more information you can provide us, the more smooth the delivery process and the less chance of re-delivery fees being incurred.
How much does delivery cost?

Morning Guaranteed (From 8 - 12 am)
An additional $9.99 surcharge applies for morning deliveries.
Evening Guaranteed (From 4 - 8 pm)
An additional $9.99 surcharge applies for evening deliveries.
Do you have free delivery?
Yes, we offer a FREE delivery when you spend over $199.
What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?
Providing the full and correct address is customer responsibility, including any business names, tower numbers and hospital wards. StrawBarbie cannot accept any responsibility for that. If your order has been delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect/redeliver the order and may also cause delay in delivery. No one wants that, please triple check before placing your order.
What if my delivery suburb isn't available for delivery?
Please, Contact us [email protected] if you want us to arrange the private courier for the additional price. What delivery method do you use? We use 3rd party courier services with temperature controlled vehicles for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to the recipient's door or place of business.
Can I arrange a specific delivery time?
Yes, but we do not provide the exact arrival time for the delivery. But we have an options, which may help you to receive your order on the specific timeframe

What is the cut off time for Next Day Delivery?
Cut-Off time for the NEXT day delivery is 9 pm.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We have many chocolate strawberries boxes that can be made SAME DAY. Please contact us [email protected] and will respond to you in a couple hours.
Usually, we need at least 1 day notice to schedule deliveries for the next day. If you have an urgent same-day order, you are always welcome to ask us about what we can do on the same day.
