Our standard delivery hours for residential addresses are from 9 am to 6 pm and from 9 am to 5 pm for business addresses.

This service incurs an additional $10 surcharge for morning deliveries.

Evening Guaranteed (From 4 - 9 pm):

Evening deliveries also come with an additional $10 surcharge. Next Day Delivery Cutoff: To secure next day delivery, please take note of the cut-off time, which is midnight (12 am). While we typically require a minimum of one day's notice for next-day deliveries, we are always ready to make every effort to accommodate same-day orders upon request.

Recipient Absent During Delivery:

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available, whether it's a residential or business location. If there is no one available to accept the delivery, we will use our best judgment to securely leave the order in a safe spot. Additionally, we'll make attempts to contact you or the recipient based on any provided instructions. In rare cases, if all other efforts fail and the order needs to be returned or redirected, it may incur a re-delivery or re-direction fee.
