    We understand you're eager to know when your order will arrive! While we can't provide an exact delivery time, rest assured that you will receive a text message with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) once your order is on the way.

    StrawBarbie Delivery Fees

    Our delivery fees start at $12 and vary based on the distance from our studio in Rozelle, 2039. You can easily check the exact delivery cost during the checkout process.

    Requesting a Specific Delivery Time

    We offer the flexibility to request a specific time window for delivery. Though we can't guarantee exact times, we provide two convenient options:

    SAME-Day Delivery Cutoff

    Our same-day delivery cutoff is 12:00 PM (noon) or until our delivery capacity is reached for each day. If you miss this deadline, don’t worry - just contact us at strawbarbie.syd@gmail.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to assist with your request.

    NEXT-Day Delivery Cutoff

    To ensure your order arrives the next day, please place your order by midnight (12:00 AM).

    Helping Ensure Smooth Delivery

    Provide as much detail as possible about the delivery location, such as working hours, availability, and safe spots where we can leave the order if no one is present. This information helps minimise delays and the need for re-delivery fees.
    Delivery Method
    We work with trusted third-party couriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently, whether to a residence, business, school or hospital. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're always available to assist with special delivery requests. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out - we’re dedicated to making your gifting experience as smooth as possible.
    Incorrect Address Details
    Providing a complete and accurate address is essential. This includes details like building names, business names, apartment numbers, hospital wards, and floor levels. StrawBarbie cannot be held liable for orders that are misdelivered due to incomplete or incorrect information. Please make sure the address is correct when you order, and check the order confirmation email when it is received.
    Unavailable Delivery Suburbs
    If your suburb isn't covered by our standard delivery service, feel free to contact us. We can arrange private courier services, though this may incur an additional fee.

    What Happens if the Recipient Isn’t Home?

    We recommend selecting a delivery location where someone can receive the order. If no one is available, we’ll securely leave the delivery or contact you or the recipient to get an instructions. In rare cases where the order needs to be returned or redirected, additional fees may apply. Please note that chocolate-dipped fruits and fresh arrangements are best enjoyed the same day; we cannot deliver these items if they have been stored for over 24 hours.

    We don’t have specific working hours, so please let us know your preferred time, and we’ll make sure your order is ready for you by then.
